2. Valacyclovir
1. Reduce to every 12-24 hours if GFR<50 ml/min
2. Reduce to 500mg every 24 hours if GFR<10 ml/min
3. Ganciclovir
1. Renal Dosing adjustment is needed for GFR <70 ml/min
