진단
(1) 2~3 주간 항생제 치료에도 지속적인 외이도염 유지
(2) Severe otalgia, edema of EAC w/ otorrhea
(3) Cranial N. involve (serious sign)
3.
Pathogen
(1) P.aeruginosa (m/c) / (2) MRSA / (3) Fungus (immunosuppression pt.)
4.
Treatment
(1) Imipenem : in children
(2) AG, Antipsuedomonal penicillin, or cephalosporin or quinolone : in adult
(3) Advance case : IV antibiotics + surgical debridement.
