A. Carotid artery dissection
•
모든 stroke의 2%, 젊은 성인 stroke의 ~25% 차지
•
기침, 재채기, 신체 활동, Trauma 가 원인 (40% 정도)
•
두통이 가장 흔한 증상 / 목, 얼굴 통증이 동반될 수 있음
•
신경학적 증상은 며칠 후 나타나는 게 흔함
