Inflammatory condition

: Fatigue / Fever / Jaw claudication / Proximal muscle weakness / TIA / Transient visual loss
(2) 진단

ESR 상승 가능함
•
녹내장과 감별 위해 안압측정 필요
•
Temporal arteritis 진단 Criteria (3개 이상 만족 시 )

(3) Treatment
•
Prednisone 60mg PO daily (Stroke과 시력 저하 같은 합병증 최소화 목적)
