Precedex 용량은 고령인경우 절반만 썼다.
환자가 자고있는 상황으로 procedure중 통증이 있다고 말할수업기에, investigator 가 환자가 움찔거리고 찡그리고 우는경우를 통증있다고 판단하여 keta를 추가로 주입했음.
또한, ketamine의 side로 알려진 dry mouth는 시술중 환자의 saliva를 제거해야하거나, 또는 끝나고 물어봐서 예/아니오 대답하게 하고, 해당안되면 drymouth 로 평가함, drymouth 자체는 dicomfort로 취급안함.

Colles Fx. 정복 환자에게 가장 많이 사용됨
술기도중 apnea 가 1명 있었으나 Jaw thrust 하고 바로 좋아짐.
Bolus dexmedetomidine 0.7 mcg/kg + Ketamine 1mg/Kg
agitation이 적은 조합. agitation 발생 시 midazolam 추가 투여
