(1) HSV type 1 : Most common / childhood or adolescence
(2) 입술과 구강에 헤르페스 병변이 있는 치은 점막염(gingivostomatitis)
(3) Eczema herpeticum : HSV or VZV 가 active atopic dermatitis lesion에 발생
(4) 치료
① 24시간 내에 시작해야 효과 좋음
② Crust 안 생기면 10일 넘게 치료할 수도.
③ 면역저하자는 입원해서 IV acyclovir
④ 재발환자는 trigger를 피할 것 (특히 햇빛)
