R wave to peak time ≥ 50 ms in II (RWPT algorithm)
RBBB pattern VT (QRS 초기 전도속도가 빠르다)
•
주로 LV origin (conduction system zone에서 가깝다)
•
전도 속도가 빨라져서 (=narrow QRS) SVT와 감별이 쉽지 않다
•
RS/QRS ratio in V6 > 0.41 이면 Fascicular VT (AUC 0.98)
