A. Hand and foot dermatitis

가장 흔한 원인은 접촉성 피부염(allergic, irritant), 발한장애, 아토피 피부염.
A1. Irritant and allergic contact dermatitis
① Common irritants : 비누, 세제, 마찰, 빈번한 손 세척, 냉기, 건조한 공기
② Common allergens : 포이즌 아이비/오크, 니켈, 크롬산염, 장갑, 신발, 양말의 염료, 고무
→ 급성 알러지성 접촉 피부염에서 구진, 수포 동반한 홍진, 가려움, 피부 벗겨짐, 분포가 진단에 도움

•
원인 물질 제거
•
항히스타민제
•
마취제, 항생제, 가려움 방지 크림은 2nd allergy 유발할 수 있어 중단해야 한다
•
Petroleum jelly or oint를 자주 바른다.
•
Acute eruption (with vesiculation)
: Aluminum acetate, 이후 고역가 topical steroid. Hydroxyzine은 가려움 완화
: 심한 eruption의 경우에 전신 스테로이드
