① 심근 세포의 calcium 조절에 문제가 생기는 유전적 질환
② 운동 혹은 Stress와 연관된 v-fib, syncope 발생이 특징적이며 어릴 때 발생
③ 특별한 ECG pattern은 없음
④ 대부분 recurrent syncope이 발생하며 절반의 환자는 epilepsy로 진단받고 치료 중인 경우가 많다
⑤ β-blocker는 예방적 약물로 사용되며 효과 없으면 ICD
