Cloudy TM (발적은 없음)
•
visible effusion, air fluid level,

공기를 불어넣을 때 고막의 움직임 없음
C3. 치료
•
90% resolve spontaneously
•
re-exam 3~6mo interval (effusion 소실 및 다른 합병증 없을 시까지)
•
항생제, 스테로이드, 항히스타민제, 비충혈제거제는 득보다 실이 많아 권장되지 않음.
