1 기전 : Central retinal vein의 thrombosis가 retinal venous stasis, edema, hemorrhage를 야기
2 위험인자 : 당뇨, 고혈압, 이상지질혈증, CVA, glaucoma 등
3 증상 : Loss of vision (blurring ~ painless monocular loss of vision까지 다양)
4 Funduscopy
: Optic disc edema
: 'blood-and-thunder fundus' (모든 사분면에 생기는 diffuse retinal hemorrhage)
•
Optic neuritis는 이와 달리 peripheral retina가 정상임
: 반대편 optic n.와 fundus는 정상 (papilledema와의 감별 포인트)
cf) Papillemea : Funduscopy상 optic n. head의 bilateral edema, elevated nerve head with
vascular congestion, nerve head 주변으로 flame-shaped hemorrhage,
blurred disk margins, diminished or absent cup
5 치료 : 특별한 치료방법이 없음. 신경과 의사 및 안과 의사 협진 시행
