(2) AIDS와 파킨슨에서 중증질환에 취약
(3) Active sebaceous glands 부위에서. Malassezia yeast와 관련.
(4) 증상 : 가슴, 얼굴 등에 대칭적 erythema, dandruff.
(5) 치료
① Antidandruff 샴푸 / ketoconazole 샴푸 or 크림 / 심하면 topical 스테로이드
② 얼굴에는 hydrocortisone 2.5% or desonide 0.05% cream or lotion bid.
③ 높은 potency의 topical steroid는 perioral dermatitis or steroid rosacea 생길 수 있어 피해야
