3. 경추 불안정성 골절 기준
1. 한 개의 vertebra에서 측정한 Horizontal translation ≥3.5mm
(in relation to an adjacent vertebra, anteriorly or posteriorly using this method) :
endplates에서 perpendicularly하게 extended된 line을 통해 비교.
(posterior-inferior aspect of the vertebra above and of the posterior-superior aspect of the vertebra below)

2 adjacent inferior vertebral body end plates사이의 Angular deformity >11° 이상
2.
single level에서 측정된 Kyphotic deformity >11°(with persistent lordosis at adjacent level)
3.
flexion/extension radiolographs에서 관찰되는 비정상적인 움직임이나 alignment
4.
대상의 interspinous widening이 양쪽의 adjacent level에 비해서 interspinous width가 2mm이상 더 크다.
경추 불안정성 골절 : 3.5 mm 이상의 전위, 11도 이상의 각변형, 척수손상의 소견, 추간판 간격축소
