Sedation : Ketamine (most common)

Pretreat : Nasal mucosa with topical 1% lidocaine and 0.5% phenylephrine

Method
(1) Alligator forceps : Anterior nares 가까이 있으면서 잡기 쉬울 때 (잘 부서지는 건 X)
(2) Foley balloon catheter (5 or 6 Fr)
(3) Positive pressure applied to the mouth while occluding the contralateral naris
(4) Suction catheter

버튼 배터리 : Liquefactive necrosis와 Septal perforation의 위험성이 있기 때문에
적어도 7시간 이전에는 제거해야 함.
