A2. Tinea barbae and sycosis barbae (백선성모창, 수염백선증)

(1) Tinea barbae : 얼굴, 목 수염부위에 dermatophyte infection (genus Trichophyton) (2) Sycosis barbae : 턱수염 부위의 deep folliculitis (S.aureus) (3) 치료 ① Oral antifungal(terbinafine 250mg Qd 2~4주), griseofulvin for 4-6 weeks → Hepatic dysfuction 시 금기
