1 증상
: 통증이 없는 경우가 흔하나, 안구가 움직일 때 통증이 있을수 있음
: 시력저하 - Unilateral > bilateral, mild ~ no light perception까지 다양
: Color vision (시력저하보다 더 흔함)
2 진단 - Red desaturation test
: 양안을 번갈아가며 진한 빨강색을 바라보게 했을 때 비정상측에서 색깔이 핑크 또는 밝은 빨강색으로
보임 (Optic neuropathy를 확인하는데 도움)
: Visual field deficit이 있을수도 있음
3 P/Ex
: Afferent pupillary defect가 보통 존재, funduscopic 상 swollen & edematous optic disk 소견
