(1) Acne fulminans : nodulocystic acne 의 most sever form
(2) 13~16세 남성/ acute auppurative cysts and nodules with ulcer 얼굴, 가슴, 등
(3) 심한 흉터/ 전신증상으로 열, 관절통, 근육통 & 쇄골과 흉골의 osteolytic bone lesion
(4) 치료는 prednisone 40~60mg qd./ isotretinoin은 acute care setting에서는 사용 X
(이미 복용 중이라면 스테로이드와 병합하여 사용)
(5) Rosacea fulminans
① 젊은 여성 얼굴에 inflammatory cystic acneiform eruption
② 치료는 acne fulminans 랑 비슷.
(6) Acne keloidalis nuchae
① Perifollicular inflammation on the nuchal region
② Keloidal plaque가 합쳐져 scarring alopecia 생김. “doll’s head”를 닮았다.
③ 치료는 topical clindamycin solution & steroid/ oral doxy or minocycline
