3 Impaired production of protein C and S and antithrombin
4 Postoperative immobilization and long term central venous catheterization
5 Chemotherapy, hormonal therapy for breast cancer
6 Angiogenesis inhibitors
(3) 치료
1 Low molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) - 3달에서 6달까지 유지 (Venous thromboembolism, both DVT and PE)
2 항암치료를 받는 환자에게서 Venous thromboembolism의 치료로 Direct - acting oral anticoagulants의 사용은 권장되지 않음 (항암치료 진행 중이 아닐시 고려 가능)
