2~11세 흔한 혈관염, 가을,겨울
(2) 원인
•
바이러스 혹은 GAS 감염
•
IgA deposits in the glomeruli and vessel walls
(3) Tiad : Palpable purpuric rash, acute abdominal pain, arthritis
•
rash ⇒ GI sx. (복통, 위장관출혈, 50~75%)
•
GI sx.이 rash 전에 나타날 수도 있다
•
Intussusception 동반가능
(4) 검사
•
CBC, 혈액 응고검사는 정상
•
모든 환자에서 소변검사 필요 (d/t renal involvement)
