① Group A β-hemolytic streptococci ② Group C Streptococcus
(3) 증상
① Acute onset fever, sore throat, headache, vomiting, abdominal pain
② 1~2일 후 distinctive exanthem (목, 겨드랑이, Groin → 사지로 번짐)
③ White strawberry tongue 4~5일 후 → Red strawberry tongue (Fig 142-18)
(4) 진단 : 임상증상으로 진단
(5) 발진
① 1~2mm 구진(papule), 거친 사포 느낌 (rough, sandpaper feel) (Fig 142-19)
② 대퇴부, 겨드랑이에 Linear petechial eruptions (직선형 점상발진, Pastia lines)
③ Facial flushing with circumoral pallor
(6) 치료
① Antibiotics (Penicillin or amoxicillin TOC)
② Penicillin-allergic 환자의 경우 cephalexin, clindamycin
