B2. Tinea capitis (두부백선, 머리백선증)

(1) Dermatophyte infection of the scalp (genus Trichophyton) (2) 테두리에 털이 없고 비늘이 있는 비흉터성 탈모증 (3) Kerion : 가끔 나타나는 염증 반응으로 영구적 흉터와 탈모 초래 (4) 진단 ① Positive potassium hydroxide preparation or positive fungal culture ② Wood’s lamp exam은 도움이 되지 않음. (Trichophyton은 형광 되지 않아서) (Fluorescence with Wood’s lamp : Nits, Lice, Microsporum, Malassezia) (5) 치료 ① Oral griseofulvin (액체 20~25mg/kg/d 알약 10~15mg/kg/d) or terbinafine ② 최소 8주 치료 후 재평가/ 전염성 줄이려면 항진균 샴푸
