증상
(1) 1- to 2-week prodrome of malaise, anorexia, arthralgias, fever
(2) Skin tenderness, pruritus, tingling, or burning

피부 양상
(1) Warm erythema → Tender and confluent → Bullae formation → Exfoliation
(2) Nikolsky sign : 손가락으로 밀면 표피가 벗겨지는 것
3.
원인
(1) 주로 약 (sulfa and penicillin anti, anticonvulsants, NSAID 등)
(2) 이외 HIV, malignancy or unknown
4.
주 사망 원인이 되는 합병증 : Infection & electrolyte imbalance
5.
Treatment (Table 249-2)
(1) ICU or burn unit adm.
(2) 기도의 상피 탈락 있을 수 있으니 airway에 주의
(3) 저혈량, 전해질 교정
(4) 감염 있으면 prompt, aggressive antibiotics
(5) 예방적 antibiotics는 권장하지 않는다.
