증상
(1) Generalized, mucocutaneous, autoimmune, blistering eruption, intraepidermal acantholytic
blistering, 다양한 크기로 bulla 형성 후 2~3일 후 turbid, flaccid 해지며 터지면서 통증 발생
(2) Nikolsky sign(+)

합병증
(1) Poor oral intake
(2) 피부를 통한 protein, fluid, electrolyte의 loss로 hypovolemia, eletrolyte disturbance 발생

Treatment (Table 294-2)
(1) 입원하여 수액 치료, 전해질교정, corticosteroid, 감염 의심 시 antibiotics
(2) PRN immunosuppressive therapy, plasmapheresis, IV immunoglobulins
