원인
(1) M/C : Secondary to digital trauma (nose picking) or Rhinitis sicca (d/t dry air)
(2) Others : Facial trauma, Foreign bodies, Sinusitis, increased vascular pressure
Secondary to excessive coughing, Coagulopathy, Leukemia, Nasal tumor

Origin
(1) Ant.bleeding : Kiesselbach plexus
(2) Post.bleeding : Sphenopalatine artery

치료
(1) Controlled with conservative method
: Pinching the nostril (5~10min), Slightly bent forward d/t avoid aspiration
(2) Ice & phenylephrine : Promote vasoconstriction
(3) Application of cotton gauze under the upper lip : Compress the labial artery
(4) Cautery with silver nitrate
(5) Packed with absorbable gelatin foam, oxidized cellulose, or preformed devices
