Lumbar puncture (LP)
(1) LP 시행 전 환아가 hypoxemia, respiratory distress, hypotension, tahycardia 등 unstable
condition 일시 empirical antibiotics를 사용하며 resuscitation을 시행 후 LP를 진행
(2) 환아에게 thrombocytopenia or factor deficiencies가 있는 경우
LP 시행 전 platelets or factor를 투여.
